AI safety challenges do not end at release. FASO’s recent development work has focused on post-deployment change, including behavioural drift in deployed systems where behaviour, tone, framing and interaction posture may shift over time in ways that become harmful or socially significant. Alongside this, FASO has continued development of its Observed Discovery Engine (ODE), strengthening its ability to surface observable indicators of post-deployment change within a bounded, neutral and reproducible observatory framework.

In Phase 0, FASO is focused on defining, testing, and proving a reviewable core method before scaling to wider operational use.
