PHASE 0 Definition and Proof

Phase 0 is a short (1 Year), controlled build phase to prove the core method works. We use technology to assemble provenance-bound evidence into a repeatable analytical record and trained human reviewers to translate that evidence into clear, plain-language outputs. Phase 0’s goal is credibility: a reviewable core that can be inspected, challenged and improved before scaling operations.
