PHASE 0 Definition and Proof

Phase 0 is a short, controlled one-year build phase focused on proving the core method under real operating conditions. We use technology to assemble provenance-bound evidence into a repeatable analytical record and trained human reviewers to convert that record into clear, bounded outputs on discovery, change and drift. The aim of Phase 0 is credibility: a reviewable core that can be inspected, challenged, and improved before wider operational scale-up.
