What we Publish and What we Dont

We publish bounded, non-prescriptive outputs: what was observed, how it was verified, the confidence warranted, and the limits of the evidence. We do not publish sensitive operational details, private data, or material that could enable misuse. External publication is governed by a strict Publication Boundary (transparency boundary) with enforced controls on admissibility, certainty, and disclosure.
