What we Publish and What we Dont

We publish bounded, non-prescriptive outputs: what was observed, how it was verified, confidence levels, and the limits of the evidence. We do not publish sensitive operational details, private data, or anything that would enable misuse. External publication is constrained by a strict transparency boundary and governance controls.
